Marrakech Balloon Flights

Purpose of the Contract

This contract is a distance sales contract intended to define the rights and obligations of both parties in connection with the online sale of services offered by Marrakech Balloon Flights, via the secure CMI payment platform.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Distance Contract:
    Any contract concluded exclusively via the Internet between Marrakech Balloon Flights and the customer until final confirmation.
  • Customer:
    Any natural person acting for non-professional purposes.
  • Purchase Order:
    A digital document summarizing the ordered services and validated by the customer through a double-click confirmation.
  • Order:
    An act by which the customer commits to purchasing a service and Marrakech Balloon Flights commits to providing it.

Prices

  • Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices applicable are those shown at the time of booking.
  • VAT is calculated according to the legal rate in force on the day of the order.
  • All transactions and invoices are issued in Moroccan Dirhams.

Payment Methods & Security

  • Payments are made using the methods offered on the secure payment page.
  • All transactions are secured through CMI (Interbank Banking Center).
  • The customer guarantees having authorization to use the selected payment method.
  • In case of credit card misuse, Moroccan banking regulations apply.

Personal Data & Confidentiality

  • Personal data collected is required to process bookings.
  • All data is treated confidentially and securely.
  • Customers have the right to access, modify, or correct their personal data.
  • Marketing communications may be sent unless explicitly refused by the customer.

Proof of Transactions

Payment records registered by CMI constitute legal proof of all commercial transactions between the customer and Marrakech Balloon Flights.

Force Majeure

Marrakech Balloon Flights cannot be held responsible for failure to perform services due to force majeure events, including adverse weather conditions, governmental restrictions, or any circumstance beyond its control.
